All of our staff have more than a decade of experience in designing and integrating home technology systems.
Our SmartHome project management process will focus on the overall planning and co-ordination of a project from inception to completion. Our Project Management objectives are aimed at meeting your requirements and ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to required quality standards.
We co-ordinate the project with you the homeowner, Builder, electrical contractor and architect. You may also have an interior designer, in which case we will likely work closely with them on design issues relating to audio visual.

Project Management FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
When does the project start?
As soon as we have issued a proposal, which has been accepted and a deposit paid we can make a start on your project.
Whats the first step of the project?
We arrange to receive the plans for the home from you, your builder or architect. Then we can start on the conceptual plans.
When you have the conceptual plans whats next?
Once we've drawn up the plans we sit down again with project stakeholders and ensure that everyone is on the same track, then we will make a start on formal CAD plans.
Who is responsible for Project Management?
Ben and Robert handle different projects with Wirut our Installation Manager ensuring that the installation goes according to plan.
