Project Brief

The renowned Amanpuri resort and residential villas are situated on the West coast of Phuket overlooking the Andaman Sea.  

We were selected to install the Audio Visual systems at the new residential phase, at the same time we have been upgrading and retrofitting newer home technology to the original villas.

Many of the properties have opted for the Sonos or Nuvo wireless music systems that can be controlled easily by iPhone, iPad or Android device.

Challenges

With views like these outdoor living is very important, as such we worked with in-ceiling, outdoor weatherproof and Rock speakers to provide audiophile quality sound everywhere, indoors and outdoors.

The systems have to be easy to use, our Sonos and Nuvo wireless systems can be controlled from the palm of your hand - or even through Spotify.  Our Home Cinemas are controlled with one-touch remotes from Harmony, a single button press turns on all the equipment and selects the right source.

Summary

We currently run maintenance programs for many of the villas and the owners make great use of the music and home theatre systems.

We made sure to balance the size of the sound systems in the villas carefully so they had just the right amount of sound to make listening to music a pleasure, whether private listening or for parties.

We enjoy working with Amanpuri and had fun with the owners in specifying enjoyable systems sound and look great and  get a lot of use.
